Attorney Paul M. Tellier

Paul M. Tellier is Counsel at Goldman & Pease, LLC.  Mr. Tellier helps clients to succeed by developing and implementing practical strategies to achieve their goals and by providing exceptional service.

Mr. Tellier’s diverse and dynamic practice includes both real estate and complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal court. Mr. Tellier represents property managers, condominium associations, landlords, and owners in all aspects of buying, selling, managing and operating residential and commercial properties and has also advised individuals and companies on business formation, the purchase and sale of businesses, and corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to joining Goldman & Pease, LLC, Mr. Tellier practiced at Schofield Law Group, LLC for over eleven years and represented clients in similar matters.

Mr. Tellier is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the State of Rhode Island.

Mr. Tellier graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 2006 and from Northeastern University School of Law in 2009.  Mr. Tellier has worked in various legal settings which has provided him with a broad understanding of the various aspects of the law and the legal system.   As a judicial clerk for the Honorable Raymond Brassard of the Suffolk Superior Court, Mr. Tellier mastered the practical and procedural nuances of the courthouse.  As an intern at the Boston Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission and for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, he learned the intricacies of complex securities and corporate tax litigation.

Mr. Tellier resides with his husband and their yellow lab in Quincy, Massachusetts.  He is an avid skier and enjoys travelling around the world.  Additionally, he acts as the Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of the New England 500 Clubs Giving Circle in which they raise and grant funds each year to worthy non-profits.
