Attorney Kalee Polito

Attorney Kalee DifazioKalee Polito is an associate at the firm with a diverse litigation and real estate practice, including contract disputes, land use disputes, claims of equitable subrogation, and other complex civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Polito served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. In that capacity, Ms. Polito assisted Superior Court Justices in Suffolk, Norfolk, Middlesex, Essex and Plymouth counties with research and writing assignments pertaining to all phases of civil litigation and criminal matters.

Ms. Polito received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2012, where she was a Lead Articles Editor of the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. While at Suffolk, Ms. Polito was awarded the Jurisprudence Award for achieving the highest grade in Labor Law and was also awarded Best Brief in First Year Legal Practice Skills. Ms. Polito graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and a minor in Justice.

Ms. Polito resides in Dedham, Massachusetts with her husband and son where she is an active member of her community. She is a member of the Town of Dedham’s Commission on Disability and serves as its secretary. She is also a member of the Lawyers Committee for the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family.
