HOWARD S. GOLDMAN concentrates his practice in business law for closely held companies,
real estate conveyancing, condominium law, civil litigation, and financing. He is a frequent
lecturer for the National Business Institute and the Institute of Real Estate
Managers, and is the editor-in-chief of The Professional Planner. Mr.
Goldman has been admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is an active
member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial
Attorneys, Trial Lawyers Association of America, Massachusetts Conveyancers Association, and
the Attorneys Committee of the Community Association Institute. He is also a
mediator for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program at the Boston
Municipal Court.
Mr. Goldman is an honors
graduate from Cornell University, where he received his B.A., and from Boston University
School of Law, where he received his law degree. He participates in various philanthropic,
community, and non-profit activities, including the Temple
Beth Shalom Brotherhood, Small Business Association of New England, and the Boston
Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he is a former board member of the Needham

Mr. Pease is the father
of three and is active in various philanthropic, community and non-profit
activities, including the Holy Name School, Parkway Youth Soccer and
Parkway Youth Hockey. Attorney Pease is admitted to practice in the U.S.
District Court, District Court of Massachusetts, U.S. Bankruptcy Court,
and U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit. |
