Tracy Davis is an associate at the firm. She focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, including product liability, personal injury, real estate, and contract disputes. Ms. Davis also has experience handling real estate transactions involving residential and commercial financings and negotiating commercial real estate agreements.
Ms. Davis graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1998. She has handled many cases in the District Court, the Superior Court, and the United States District Court of Massachusetts and has extensive experience mediating matters. Ms. Davis previously volunteered as a pro bono attorney for the May Institute in Randolph, Massachusetts.
Ms. Davis is currently an adjunct professor at Massasoit Community College. Ms. Davis is married with three children and is an active volunteer with the Girls Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and the Bridgewater Youth Soccer Association.
