Attorney Rebecca A. Erlichman

Rebecca Erlichman is an associate at the firm. She focuses her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters, including condominium law, commercial and residential real estate and construction matters, and contract disputes. She also has substantial experience in the defense of malpractice actions brought against professionals, including architects, engineers, attorneys, accountants and consultants.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Erlichman served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Charles W. Trombly, Jr. at the Massachusetts Land Court and she worked as a litigation associate in two Boston-area law firms. She has also worked as a reporter in Washington, D.C. with a focus on the healthcare industry.

Ms. Erlichman received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2006, where she was the Articles Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and a teaching assistant for the legal practice skills program. While at Suffolk, Ms. Erlichman was awarded the Jurisprudence Award for achieving the highest grade in Property Law. She was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in December 2006. Ms. Erlichman graduated from Tufts University in 1999 with a B.A. in Political Science where she was the captain of the varsity women’s swimming and diving team.

Ms. Erlichman is a member of the Lawyers Committee for the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce. She currently resides in Walpole, Massachusetts, with her husband, Evan, and one year old daughter. Her interests include reading, writing, skiing and swimming.
