Daniel Herman is an associate at the firm with diverse litigation experience including eminent domain, contract disputes, real estate, municipal law, business litigation, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, plaintiff’s civil rights, defamation, claims of unfair and deceptive practices under M.G.L. ch. 93A, and other complex civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Herman served as a litigation associate at a St. Louis, Missouri firm, where he practiced business and civil rights litigation and served as the appointed city attorney for a municipality in St. Louis County.
Mr. Herman received his Juris Doctor from Chicago Kent College of Law in 2012 where he was a teaching assistant for torts and graduated with a special certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Herman graduated with a B.A. in History from the University of Kansas.
Mr. Herman resides in Brookline, Massachusetts with his wife. He is a rider in the annual Pan Mass Challenge, where cyclists from across the country raise money to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
